Councilmember ........... introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its a~6ption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING UPDATED REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON <br />IMPROVF~T (161st & Llama %85-6) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to City Engineer, Mr. Peter R. <br />Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., letter dated <br />February 20, 1986, the updated costs for the following streets <br />are hereby presented bo Council.. <br /> <br />1) 161st Avenue N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. and <br />Llama Street N.W. <br /> <br />2) Llama Street N.W. between 161st Avenue N.W. <br />and 163rd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the updated report was received by the Ramsey <br />City Council on February 25, 1986 which updated report indicates <br />the following: <br /> <br />Estimated Total Cost of Project <br /> <br />Estimated Total Assessment <br /> per unit (individual property <br /> (~ne r (Dst) <br />Estimated Annual Assessment <br /> per unit (3 year term) 1st year <br /> 2nd year <br /> 3rd year <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ClT~ COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA ~NTY, S~%TE OF [~INNEBO~, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the <br />sealcoating improvement of such streets in accordance with the <br />report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey <br />City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$ <br /> <br /> 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such <br />proposed improvement on the 25th day of March, 1986 in the <br />Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 P.M. and <br />the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of <br />such hearing and improv~ent as required by law. <br /> <br />~e motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in"f"a~"~h%~of: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> <br />
