Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of the extension of 153rd Avenue N~ from Puma Street NW to Andrie Street NW as proposed on the City's MSAS system and said report was received by the Council on March 25, 1986. NO; ~]~EREFORE, BE IT RESC~VED BY ~]~E CItY C00NCI~ O~ ~]]E CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, S~I%TE OF MINNESCY~%, as follows: 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the oost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $ . 2) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of April, 1986 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:45 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. ~he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following were absent: and the following abstained: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of March, 1986.
