The project is located <br />in the southeast corner of the City of Ramsey and is adjacent to <br />State Trunk Highway No. 47 on the east and County Road No. 116, <br />Industry Avenue, on the south. <br /> <br />The area of benefit, as shown on Exhibit A, lies within the South <br />Half of Section 25 and the North Half of Section 36, all in <br />Township 32 North, Range 25 West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />The report follows with a brief discussion and estimated costs <br />for associated sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and street <br />construction, the financing of the project and the anticipated <br />schedule for the project. <br /> <br /> <br />
