i I I I I I I :1 I i I i I i I I Counci lr~n~ adoption introduced the following resolution and moved fo[ its RES(~/3TION ~86- RESCLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING BEARING ON IMPROVEMENT (UTILITIES, AND STORM SEdER FOR FLIN~OD B17,I.g SECOND ADDITIO~i I:RASE II) WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council adopted February 25, 1986, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, /nc. with reference to improvement plans for Flintwood Hills Second Addition - Phase II and said report was received by the Council on March 25, 1986. NfN ~]~EREFORE, BE IT RESG~VED BY ~E CITY (]OUNCIL OF HE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA OOUNTY, S~%TE OF MINNESOq~, as follows.. 1) The Council will consider the Improvement of such streets, utilities and storm sewer in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the oost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes (~apter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $ . 2) A public hearin§ shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of April, 1986 in the Council Chambers of the City [{all at 7:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. ~he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following were absent: and the following abstained: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of Marc~, 1986.
