(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution $86-24). Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilme~bers Sorteberg, COx, Reimann and S~hlueter. Voting No: None. D. E~oiratlon Of Probatior~rv ~riod Of Pinanc~ O~fieor ~l .l._Grac~vk.- Motion by Councilmember COx and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to approve of the performance of Mr. Noel Graczyk, Finance Officer and recognize Mr. Graczyk's favorable o~mpletion of his six month probatior~ary period by authorizing a salary step increase to $30,235.00. Motion by Councilmember Beimann and seconded by Councilmenber COx to not hire Ms. Sylvia Frolik on a full-time basis at this time; to grant authority to City Administrator Bartley to utilize Ms. Frolik's services up to 40 hours per week at a rate of $6.72/hour; and that Ms. Frolik's cap~city as minutes reoorder will remain on a oontract basis. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Beitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Sc~lueter. Voting No: None. F. Dr_~ani ~atioDal ~ar~t: Councilmember Cox referred to the organizational chart proposed by Mr. Bartley and suggested that privatization of certain aspects of the organization be looked into. For instance, contract rather than maintain the City's (mn police and streets departments. Motion by Councilmem~r COx and seconded by Mayor Beitman to adopt the Organizational Chart prepared by Staff on an interim basis mtil such time as privatization of certain departments is researched and recommendations made.
