For instance, contract rather than maintain the City's (mn police <br />and streets departments. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmem~r COx and seconded by Mayor Beitman to adopt the <br />Organizational Chart prepared by Staff on an interim basis mtil such time as <br />privatization of certain departments is researched and recommendations made. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
