Mr. Raatikka suggested that 153rd be extended to Jarvis and having 153rd <br />to Jarvis and Jarvis to 1~. 10 designated MSA. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Re]mann to direct the <br />City Engineer to request that the City of Elk River designate Jar~is Street l~ <br />from 159th Avenue 1~ to T.~. ~10 as an MSAS, thereby allowing the City of <br />Ramsey to designate the 153rd Avenue NW extension as an MSAS. ~e City <br />Engineer is also directed to cx)ntact Mn/DOT and request preliminary approval. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
