Mr. Fischer <br />owns approximately five acres and is proposing to split the property <br />into one one-acre p~roel and one four-acre parcel. Mr. Fischer is <br />requesting this split for refinancing reasons. <br /> <br />~he Planning and Zoning Con~ission oonsidered Mr. Fischer's request on <br />March 19, 1986. <br /> <br />Enclosure (11) oontains the following items for your consideration: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br /> b) Map of existing lmrcel <br /> c) Map of proposed aplit <br /> <br />C~se~a~o~: <br /> <br />As Mr. Leon Fischer's proposal would create a landlocked parcel, Staff <br />recommends that the request be denied. ~Ine Planning and Zoning <br />Commission also reoommended denial of the proposed subdivision for the <br />same reason. <br /> <br />Beconmendation: <br /> <br /><buncil action will be to deny Mr. Leon Fischer's request for metes <br />and bounds subdivision based on the fact that his proposed subdivision <br />would create a landlocked p~rcel. <br /> <br />Review ~ecklist: <br /> <br />Attorney __ Chief of l~lice __ <br />Engineer .~ Finance Director __ <br />Administrator _X_ Public Works Dir. __. <br />Cxm3munity Development Dir. _X Other <br /> <br /> <br />
