Mmbers Present: Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman Mr. Roy Sh~way Mr. Jim Bowell Mr. Ben Deemer Mr. Gerald Zi~m~rman Mr. ~rry ~endriksen Also Present: Ms. Anne Norris Members Absent: Mr. ~harles LaDue f'ALL'I'OORDER Chairman Peterson called the public hearing to order at 7:34 p.m. ~he applicant, Mr. Charles Pearson, and no citizens were present for the public hearing. Ms. Norris stated that there is a good possibility that Mr. Pearson is withdrawing his request for a conditional use permit to operate an aut~mobile body shop and repair business in the Industrial district. Motion by C~missioner Deemer and seconded by Ommissioner Rendriksen, for further discussion, to *~hle the public hearing and Case ~1 of the regular Planning Cor~dssionmeetingager~la regarding Mr. Charles Pearson's request for a conditional use permit mtil further action is requested byMr. Pearson. Further Discussion: C__~,~_ issioner Bendriksen inquired if the C~,ission is required to conduct the public hearing because it was advertised. Commissioner Sh~way inquired if Mr. Pearson reopens his request for a conditional use permit, will the City be required to another public hearing and publication of same. C~mmissioner Deemer a~_~ded the motion and Cxm~issioner Bendriksen seconded the a~endment to state that the public hearing regarding Mr. Charles Pearson's request for a conditional use permit will proceed at this mccting as planned and to table any further action with respect to Case %1 of the agenda until a February 19, 1986 Page 1 of 2
