(~issioner Hardin noted that the March 19 public hearing conducted by Planning and Zoning is to discuss another request for a used car dealership on }]wy. ~10. Commissioner Bardin stated that City Council and I Planning and Zoning should be aware of the recent concerns raised regarding the appearance of [twy. ~10 and set some par~aters for used car lots. I I I I I Motion by Commission ]~ardin and seoonded by Co~missioner Kurak directing that a letter be forwarded to City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission expressing EDC's concerns for development of Bwy. ~10 and the Industrial Park and the need for more ~onformity and enforcment in the ordinances. Motion carried. Voting Yes: G~airman Greenberg, Commissioners Ippel, DeLuca, Wagner, Rardin, Kurak and Vevea. Voting No: None. Absent: ~issioners Muller and Fults. Motion l~y Commissioner Wagner and seconded by Commissioner Vevea to adjourn the regular Eoonomic Development C~mmission n~cting. Motion carried.
