I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CONDITI~ USE PERMIT AGREEMD~T <br /> <br />~hts agreement entered into this _.___ day of . , 1986, between <br />the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City," and Ms. Connie <br />Skarbakka, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," in conjunction with the <br />issuance to the Applicant of a conditional use pemit to operate an acoounting <br />business from bet home at 17811 Gibbon Street N.W. <br /> <br />2he conditional use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />agreeing to and complying with the following conditions: <br /> <br />l. Adequate off-street lmrking shall be provided. <br /> <br />Exterior displays or signs and exterior indication of the proposed use <br />shall not be permitted except as pemitted in Section 170.05 of the <br />city Code. <br /> <br />2he City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the premises at any <br />reasonable time if it receives complains from adjoining property <br /> <br />4. 2he Applicant shall be the only ~uployee of the proposed use and shall <br /> not hire another ~uployee. <br /> <br />5. ~lhat said use shall take place solely within the principal structure. <br /> <br />6. 2his oonditional use permit shall apply only to that property legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 10, Block 1, Deerwood, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />7. 2hat this oonditional use permit agreeuent shall be recorded as part <br /> of the Applicant's deed. <br /> <br />2he Applicant understands and agrees that the conditional use permit granted <br />herein is subject to review at any t/me and shall be reviewed annually by City <br />Staff. <br /> <br />Any violations of the oonditions described herein or any violation of any other <br />City ordinances may be cause for ium~=diate revocation of this conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />APt~IG~NT: <br /> <br />Subscribed and mvorn to before me this the <br /> <br />day of .__~_._, 1986. <br /> <br />Not~ry Public <br /> <br /> <br />
