I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />moving dollies, and other machinery such as asphalt <br />spreaders, bituminous mixers, bucket loaders, tractors <br />other than truck-tractors, ditchers, leveling graders, <br />finishing machines, motor graders, road rollers, <br />scarifiers, earth-moving carralls, scrapers, power <br />shovels, draglines, self-propelled cranes, and earth- <br />moving equipment. <br /> <br /> f. Major Recreational Equipment. "Major <br />recreational equipment" means <br /> <br /> 3. The regulations of this Section include the streets <br />within and adjacent to the subdivision in which the property is <br />located and the streets which are adjacent to the specific <br />property. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. PENALTY <br /> <br /> Any person violating any provision of this ordinance is <br />guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by <br />a fine of not more than $750.00 or imprisonment for not more than <br />ninety (90) days or both. <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br /> This ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and 30 <br /> (thirty) days after its publication according to law, subject to <br /> City Charter Provision, Section 5.04. <br /> <br /> <br />
