Robert <br />~ylvester and the Cross of l~ope Lutheran Church, hereinafter referred to ss <br />"Applicant," in conjunction with the i~auance to the Applicant of a conditional <br />uae pe~it to establiah, maintain and operate a cemetery from the property at <br />5730 179th Lane ~.~. <br /> <br />The conditional use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />agreeing to and co~plying vith the folloving conditions: <br /> <br />1. Off-street parking shall be provided for $0 vehicles. This parking <br /> shall be provided to allo~ enough parking for services and bur/als. <br /> <br /> 2. The Applicant shall be responsible for the naintenance of the <br /> ceetery. In addition, the Applicant shall provide pr6of of perpetual <br /> ~:~ care of the cemetery to the City. <br />/~ 3~ The ceinetery shall be e~tablished and operated in accordance with all <br /> state and local regulations. <br /> <br />&. The Applicant shall obtain and ~aintaiu any necessary state or local <br /> licenses and/or per. its. <br /> <br />The Applicant shall present proposed sign design for the cemetery to <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission for their review and approval. <br /> <br />6. This conditional use permit shall apply to the property legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> <br />The South 5 acres of the Yest 10 acres of the East 20 acres of Lot l, <br />AUDITOR'S SUBDI¥ISION RUINER 27, Anoka County, liinnesota. Subject to <br />the rights of the public in and to County State.Aid Righway No. 7. <br />Subject to an easement to the Anoka County Cooperative Light and Pover <br />Association as recorded in Book 174, Page 261 as Document No. 9935l. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />The South 5 acres of the East 10 acres of the East 20 acres of Lot 1 <br />AUDITOR'S SUBDI¥ISION NU~ER 27, Anoka County, Hinnesota. Subject to <br />the rights of the public iu and to County State Aid Highway No. <br />Subject to an easement to the Anoka County Cooperative Light and Po~er <br />Association as recorded in Book 174, Page 261 as Document No. <br /> <br />7. This conditional use perait agreement shall be recorded as part of the <br /> Applicant's deed. <br /> <br />The City of Ra~sey reserves the right to inspect the premises at any <br />reasonable ti~e if it receives complaints from adjoining property <br />ovners. <br /> <br /> <br />
