I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> CITY OF <br /> <br />COJ~I)ITIORA.1, USE I~IINIT <br /> <br />This contract entered into this day of , 1986, betvee~ <br />the City of Ramsay, hereinafter referred to as "City," and i~r. ~iJl Dubsts, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Applicant,# in conjunction with the issuance to the <br />Applicant of a conditional use peruit to construct s uini-storage facility end <br />s variance to exceed the maximum impervious surface coverage at 13760 l~bo~y <br />Street tt.W. in the B-1 business district. <br /> <br />The conditional use pennia sad variance ore hereby granted co~tingent upo~ <br />approval by the Department of Batural Resources and upon the Applicant agreeing <br />to and complying with the following conditions: <br /> <br />The Applicant shall manage all scorn water drainage on and for the <br />site in accordance with the specifications and standards of the <br />Departnent of Batural Resources and City of Ransey. <br /> <br />2. lay signs erected on the prenises shall be in accordance with Section <br /> 170.05 of the City Code. <br /> <br />Any lighting on the premises used to illuminate the structures or <br />parking areas shall be arranged to deflect away froz any ad~oinin~ <br />property or public street. Bulbs emitting in excess of 3000 lumens <br />(150 watts) shall be directed so that the bulb is not visible from off <br />of the property where such light source exists. <br /> <br />There shall be a maximum of 85I of the total lot area pernitted to be <br />covered by hnpervioua surfaces subject to revie~ and any findings on <br />the Applicant's request by the City Engineer. Impervious surfaces <br />shall include all structures and surfaced roads and parking <br />areas. <br /> <br />(, <br /> <br />The Applicant ehall be responsible for maintaining the premises. This <br />shall include, but not be limited to, utaintaininl any landscapin~ and <br />keepin~ the premises free frou litter and garbage. <br /> <br />There shall be ua outdoor storage of any automobiles, vehicles or <br />equipment on the site exc'ept that on the west aide of the property, <br />there may be a maximmn of 13 spaces for the storage of licensed motor <br />hones and/or recreational vehicles. This area shall be screened frae <br />the public view. <br /> <br />7. The City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the property if it <br /> receives complaints from adjoining property owners. <br /> <br />8. The conditional use permit and variance shall apply to that property <br /> legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 3 Riverside West, Anoka County, Ninnesota. <br /> <br /> <br />
