That adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities will be <br /> provided on the site. <br /> <br />There shall be us salvage or junk yard activities conducted from this <br />business or in conjunction with this business. <br /> <br />3. There shall be no more than 60 automobiles for sale and/or repair at <br /> any one time on the site. <br /> <br />The Applicant shall provide a total of l0 customer and employee <br />parking spaces. <br /> <br />5. The Applicant shall obtain auy local and state licenses as required. <br /> <br />6. The Applicant shall surface the driveway and customer parking area by <br /> October l, 1987. <br /> <br />7. The City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the property if it <br /> receives complaints from adjoining property owners. <br /> <br />8. Any signs erected on the pre~ises shall be in accordance with Section <br /> 170.05 of the City Code. <br /> <br />9. The conditional use pernit shall apply to that property legally <br /> described as follcnas: <br /> <br />Auditors Subdivision No. 31, Anoka County, Hinnesota: Part of Lot 5, <br />Auditors Subdivision No. 31, that part of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25 and the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 32, <br />Range 25 described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection <br />of the Northeasterly right-of-way line of U.S. Trunk Highway No. 10 <br />and a line parallel with and distant 511.5 feet east of the west line <br />of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, <br />Township 32, Range 25; then north and parallel with aaid west line of <br />said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, <br />Township 32, Range 25 a distance of 147.58 feet, then south parallel <br />with said west line of said Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter <br />a distance of 147.58 feet to the northeasterly right-of-way line of <br /> <br /> <br />
