Robert Cox, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," in conjunctior, with the issuance to the Applicant of a conditional use peri, it to operate a s~ll engine repair business iro~ his h~e at 15231 lkimo Street N.W. The conditional use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant agreeeing to and co~plying with the following conditions: 1. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided. One exterior sign measuring 2 square feet shall be allowed. Any other exterior displays or signs and exterior indication of the ~nall engine repair business shall not be permitted except as permitted in Sections 170.01 and 170.05 of the City Code. 3. The City of Ra~sey reserves the right to inspect the premises at any time if it receives complaints fro~ adjoining property owners. &. The Applicant shall be the only employee of the small engine repair business and shall not hire another employee. The small engine repair business shall take place solely within the principal structure. 6. There shall be no outdoor storage or testing of any customer equipment. 7. This conditional use per, it shall apply to that property legally described aa follows: The vest 217.8 feet of the east 653.4 feet of the north 233 feet of the west half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25 in Anoka County, )linnesota aa measured along the north and east lines of said vest half of the Southeast Quarter (subject to easeuents for roadway purposes over the north 33 feet thereof and over the vest 33 feet thereof). 8. There shall be no running of engines after 8:00 p.m. l~onday through Saturday and before 12:00 noon on Sundays. 9. This conditional use permit shall expire January I, 1988. 10. The Applicant shall provide for adequate ventilation and fire protection in the building. 11. Bo retail sales shall take place on the pre~ises, other than the sale of replacement parts to be installed in the repair of the engines.
