PERTAINS TO CASE ~23, ITEM 6 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 86 - <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 130.09 (ORDINANCE NO. 78-2) WHICH IS KNOWN <br />AS THE INTOXICATING LIQUORS - OFF-SALE, PRIVATE CLUB AND ON-SALE <br />WINE LICENSES ORDINANCES. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 130.092 PARAGRAPH 5 OF THE CITY <br />CODE OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 130.092 - License Required, paragraph 5 is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Off-Sale Licenses. "Off-sale" licenses shall be issued only to drug stores <br />and exclusive liquor stores and shall permit "off-sale" liquor only. No "off-sale <br />license shall be issued to an exclusive liquor store holding an "on-sale" liquor <br />license. The City may issue a maximum of three (3) "o£i-sale" licenses. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
