This contract entered into this day of , 1986, between the City of Ra..sey, hereinafter referred to as "City," and the Ramsay Lions Club. hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," in con~unction with the issuance to the Applicant of a conditional use perfect to hold sand dra~ races and ~ud runs for two weekends in the l-I industrial district. The conditional use per, it is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant agreeing to and co~plyiug with the following conditions: 1. That adequate toilet facilities are provided on the site. 2. That the conditional use permit shall be granted for the days of June 21 and 22 and August 16 and 17. 1986, That the proposed sand drag races and mud runs shall be operated between the hours of 10:00 a,u. and 5:00 p.u, only on those days specified in Condition ~2 above, That the Applicant shall provide proof of adequate insurance coverage aa specified by the City Attorney and shall name the City in their liability insurance. The sand drag races and mud runs shall be held on that property legally described as follows: The Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, except parcel 3280, Anoka County, Hinnesota and as permitted by the owner of that property. The Applicant shall provide a security deposit of $ 200.00 to the City to be used for any litter removal and clean up of the site after the events. ?. The Applicant shall provide adequate parking for the events and shall clearly designate where such parking is located. The appropriate public safety officials shall be notified of these events and they aha11 determine if extra public safety services are needed. The Applicant understands and agrees that the conditional use permit granted herein is subject to review at any time. Any violations of the conditions described herein or any violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for inns, dints revocation of this conditional use permit.
