Special City Council meeting minutes dated April 3, 1986. <br /> <br />2. City Council public hearing meeting minutes dated April 15, 1986. <br /> <br />3. Public hearing and regular City Council meeting minutes dated April 22, <br /> 1 986. <br /> <br />4. Public hearing aud special City Council meeting minutes dated April 29, <br /> 1 986. <br /> <br />Chairman Ippel stated that this Commission has recommended that City Council <br />establish a landfill committee; do not see that recommendation discussed in <br />Council minutes. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that the recommendation for the establishment of a landfill <br />committee was forwarded to Council in memo form. <br /> <br />The Co~mission directed Ms. Norris to have the recommendation for the <br />establishment of a landfill committee placed on a Council meeting agenda. <br /> <br />Commissioner Fults stated that Council spends entirely too much time discussing <br />specifics of a conditional use permit when there are County, State and Federal <br />codes to accomplish same, i.e., the cemetery case. <br /> <br />COMMISSION ~USINESS <br /> <br />Appearance By Brock Abrahamson Of Slide Shays, Inc.
