Huller stated that he would contact the County regarding Ramsey's desire to <br />have the Hississippi River bridge crossing access in ltamsey. <br /> <br />Nr. ~urak volunteered to contact Nh/DOT regarding transportation needs in <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />Status Of Business Iucubater Study: <br /> <br />Hr, Hardin stated that Anoka hired the fir~ of Pryde, Roberts and Company to do <br />a siting process for an incubater building; the Kovar building in Ramsey was <br />reported as the most feasible. Anoka wants to meet with Ramsey regarding a <br />joint incubater project. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding concern for ordinance violations occurring at <br />businesses on Hwy. 10, Nr. Hardin urged the Company members to write to <br />Planning and Zoning expressing their concerns. <br /> <br />~atu~ On F~xtension Of Sanitary Sewer And Nunicival Water <br /> Industrial Area: <br /> <br />~r. Hardin stated that Council has conducted a public hearing and in the <br />process of counting off the 60 day waiting period required by Charter. <br />Hardin suggested that Company members urge local business owners desiring <br />municipal utilities to write City Hall reaffirming their needs. <br /> <br />Case ~7'.
