Hamlet <br /> , as Principal and the WESTERN SURETY COMPANv, <br /> a corporation authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota, as <br />.Surety, are held and firmly bound unto Ramsey Lion's Club <br /> , in the sum of not to exceed TEN THOUSAND <br /> DOLLARS ($10,000.00), for payment of which, well and truly to be made, <br /> we bind ourselves and our legal representatives, jointly and severally, <br /> by these presents. ~ <br /> <br /> THE CONDITION of the above obligation is such that WHEREAS said <br />Principal has been designated Gambling Manager and is required to give <br />tais bond by virtue of 349.17.
