CITY OF ~AlqSEY <br /> <br />C0~I)ITIORAL UIt~ l*E~qlT AGREENEIlT <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this day of , <br />1986, between the City of itamsey, hereinafter referred to as <br />"City," and Es. Cheryl Villeneuve, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Appl icant ," in conjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of <br />a conditional use permit to operate a typing and ~ork processing <br />business from her home at 6230 177th Lane <br /> <br />This conditional use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the <br />Applicant agreeing to and complying with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided. <br /> <br />Exterior displays or signs and exterior indication of <br />the proposed use shall not be permitted~e~e-p-t--~a~sTM <br />p e r~i tt ed--i-n- Sec t'io n~-I 7'0 ;'0~""'0'f~'~:th-e~.~.ty., C od e. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the <br />property at any reasonable time if it receives complaints <br />from adjacent property owners. <br /> <br />The Applicant shall be the only employee of the proposed <br />rise. <br /> <br />5. The proposed use shall take place solely within the <br /> principal structure. <br /> <br />6. This conditional use permit shall apply to that property <br /> legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 12, Block 5, Rodeo Hills Estates, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> 7. This conditional use permit shall be recorded as part of <br /> the Applicant's deed. <br /> <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the conditional use <br />permit granted herein is subject to review at any reasonable time <br />and shall be reviewed annually by City staff. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any <br />violation of other City ordinances may be cause for immediate <br />revocation of this conditional use permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
