NOTICE OF PUBLIC <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSE~ <br /> AI~OKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and Zoning <br />Commission will hold a public bearing on Tuesday, May 6, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. James Roberts <br />for a conditional uae permit to operate a telephone and catalog sales and <br />repair service for firearms from his home at 7441 164th Lane N.W. which <br />property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The north 233 feet of the east 200 feet of the west 899 feet of the ~roth <br />Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 32, Range 25 <br />(subject to a road easement over the south 33 feet thereof) together with <br />an easement for road purposes in common with other uses thereof, Anoks <br />County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on <br />the conditional use permit request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planning <br />and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303. <br />Written comments shall be received at the above address prior to 5:00 p.m., <br />May 6, 1986. <br /> <br />David Rartley <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />DATE: April 16, 1986 <br /> <br /> <br />
