CONDITIOI~AL lis!~ P~RIT <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this day of , <br />1986, between the City of Ra~sey, hereinafter referred to as <br />"City," and Er. To~ i~right representling Trott Brook Gospel <br />Hall, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," in conjunction with <br />the issuance to the Applicant of a conditional use per, it to <br />expand the existing church facility at 17320 Nowtheu Boulevard <br />lt.W. <br /> <br />This conditional use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the <br />Applicant agreeing to and complying with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. Adequate parking shall be provided to accommodate the <br /> increased capacity of the church. <br /> <br />The Applicant shall submit all construction plans as <br />required to City staff prior to issuance of any building <br />permit. <br /> <br />This conditional use permit shall apply to that property <br />identified by ~IN: 03-32-2~-&3-0002, Anoka County, <br />l~innesota. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the <br />property at any reasonable time if it receives <br />complaints from adjacent property owners. <br /> <br />5. That the City Engineer shall review and approve the <br /> plans for the septic syste~. <br /> <br />That an adequate on-site sewer and water systen shall be <br />provided in accordance with City standards and <br />spec if icat ions. <br /> <br />SUI~iAR¥ <br /> <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the conditional use <br />permit granted herein is subject to review at any reasonable time <br />and shall be reviewed annually by City staff. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any <br />violation of other City ordinances ~ay be cause for immediate <br />revocation of this conditional use permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
