AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 170.012 "ZONING MAP A~D DISTRICTS" OF (~APTER 170.01 OF nE CITY OODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTa. S~CTION 1. ~ The following described property is hereby rezoned from UB - Urban Business to P.U.D. - Planned Unit Development: Ail that p~rt of Goverr~ent Lot 6, Section 36, T~wnship 32, Range 25; and of Goverrment Lot 3, Section 25, said 7bwnship and ~ange, both in Anoka County, Minnesota, described as Commencing at a point on the centerllne of St. Francis Boulevard N.W. distant 480.00 feet northwesterly from the intersection of said oenterline with the South line of said Goverr~ent Lot 6, as measured along said centerline; thence northwesterly along said centerline for 250.00 feet to the actual Point of Beginning of the land to be hereby described; thence northeasterly, at a right angle to said centerline for 350.00 feet; thence northwesterly along a line to be hereafter known as Line "A" for the purposes of this description, parallel with said centerline, for 1100.00 feet to a point to be hereafter known as Point "B" for the purposes of this description; thence southwesterly along the southwesterly extension of a line to be hereafter known as Line "C" for the purposes of this description; said Line "C" to be hereinafter described for 350.11 feet, more or less, to intersect said centerline of St. Francis Boulevard N.W.; thence southeasterly along said centerline to the Point of Beginning. Said Line "C" being described as Beginnin9 at the afore described Point "B"; thence northeasterly to terminate at the point of intersection of the two following described lines: Line 1 is described as a line parallel with and distant 900.00 feet easterly fro~ the West line of said Government Lot 3 as measured at right angles to said West line of Govermment Lot 3. Line 2 is described as a line parallel with and distant 600.00 feet southerly of the North line of said Government Lot 3 as measured at right angles to said North line of Goverr~ent Lot 3. Excepting therefrom the Northwesterly 66.00 feet thereof, as measured at right angles to the afore described Line "C" and the southwesterly extension thereof.
