3. ~ESTRICTIYE COYENANT$. Contemporaneously with and immediately <br />following the recording of the plat, end other documents of conveyance as <br />contemplated by this instrument, Developer shall execute and cause to be <br />recorded protective covenants in a for,~ and manner identical to Exhibit "B" <br />attached hereto. The restrictive covenants shall be subject to approval by the <br />City. <br /> <br /> 4. ~OEN WATER NANAGEMENT PLAN. The Developer shall comply with the <br />storm water management plan approved by the City Engineer and Minnesota <br />Department of Natural Resources and attached hereto and incorporated herein as <br />Exhibit nC". <br /> <br /> 5. ORApING PLAN. The Developer shall comply with the grading plan <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "D", which plans shall be <br />approved by the City Engineer and Minuesota Department of Natural Resources. <br /> <br /> 6. bUILDING PEP~ITS.
