Counc i ]member <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS (~86-3 MAGEN'S UNPLATTED) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council <br />adopted the 25th day of February, I986, fixed a date for a <br />Council hearing on the proposed sealcoating improvement of the <br />following streets: <br /> <br />1) Ermine Blvd. N.W. , lying between County <br />Highway No. 22 and County Highway No. 83 (Baugh <br />Street N.W.) <br /> <br />2) Eaton Street N.W. lying between 176th Avenue <br />N.W. and Ermine Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />3) 180th Avenue N.W. lying East of Ermine Blvd. <br />N.W. <br /> <br />4) }{alas Street N.W. lying South of Ermine Blvd. <br />N.W. <br /> <br />5) 176th Avenue N.W. lying West of County Road <br />No. 83 <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks <br />published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was <br />held thereon on the 25th day of March, 1986, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard <br />thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TRE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNCY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows : <br /> <br /> I) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed <br />in the Council resolution adopted February 25, 1986. <br /> <br /> 2) That Mr. Peter R. Raatikka is hereby designated as <br />the engineer for this improvement.
