Counc i 1 member <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />I~ESOLUTION ~86-m <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS (~86-5 GOLDEN EAGLE ESTATES) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council <br />adopted the 25th day of February, 1986 , fixed a date for a <br />Council hearing on the proposed sealcoating improvement of the <br />following streets: <br /> <br />1) 172nd Lane N.W. lying between Zeolite Street <br />N.W. and Willemite Street N.W. <br /> <br />2) 171st Avenue N.W. lying between Zeolite Street <br />N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />3) 170th Avenue N.W. lying between Zeolite Street <br />N.W. and Willemite Street N.W. <br /> <br />4) 169th Lane N.W. lying between Zeolite Street <br />N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />5) 168th Avenue N.W. lying between Yolite Street <br />N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />6) 171st Avenue lying between the West line of <br />the plat of Golden Eagle Estates and Zeolite <br />Street N.W. <br /> <br />7) Zeolite Street N.W. lying between County Road <br />~63 (173rd Avenue N.W.) and 169th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />8) Willemite Street N.W. lying between 169th Lane <br />N.W. and Lot 3 Block 3 of Golden Eagle Estates <br /> <br />9) Willemite Street N.W. lying between 172nd Lane <br />N.W. and 171st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />10) Yolite Street N.W. lying between 169th Lane <br />N.W. and 168th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks <br />published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was <br />held thereon on the 25th day of March, 1986, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard <br />thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNCY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows : <br /> <br />1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
