Counc i ] memb e r <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS (~86-6 SPORTS HAVEN) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council <br />adopted the 25th day of February, 1986, fixed a date for a <br />Council hearing on the proposed sealcoating improvement of the <br />following streets: <br /> <br />1) Yolite Street N.W. lying between 166th Avenue <br />N.W. and the South line of the plat of Carol-Rose <br />Acres <br /> <br />2) Xenolith Street lying between 166th Avenue <br />N.W. and Lots 2 , 3 and Park , Block 3 of Sports <br />Haven <br /> <br />3) 166th Avenue N.W. lying between Variolite <br />Street N.W. and the West line of Sports Haven <br /> <br />4) 165th Lane lying between Variolite Street N.W. <br /> and Lots 3 and 4 Block 4 of Sports Haven <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks <br />published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was <br />held thereon on the 25th day of March, 1986, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard <br />thereon. <br /> <br />NOW TREREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TME CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNCY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed <br />in the Council resolution adopted February 25, 1986. <br /> <br /> 2) That Mr. Peter R. Raatikka is hereby designated as <br />the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
