Counc i lmemb er <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~86-__ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS (~86-7 CAROL ROSE ACRES) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council <br />adopted the 25th day of February, 1986, fixed a date for a <br />Council hearing on the proposed sealcoating improvement of the <br />following streets: <br /> <br />1) Yolite Street N.W. lying between the North and <br />South boundary lines of the plat of Carol-Rose <br />Acres <br /> <br />2) 164th Lane N.W. lying between Yolite Street <br />N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />3) 164th Avenue N.W. lying between Yolite Street <br />N.W. and Lots 4 and 5 Block 2 of the plat of Carol- <br />Rose Acres <br /> <br />4) 163rd Lane N.W. lying between Yolite Street <br />N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks <br />published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was <br />held thereon on the 25th day of March, 1986, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard <br />thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNCY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed <br />in the Council resolution adopted February 25, 1986. <br /> <br /> 2) That Mr. Peter R. Raatikka is hereby designated as <br />the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
