Cou r,c i lmemb er and moved for its sdoption: introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ($86-9 RIVERWOOD HILLS UNPLATTED) WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted the 25th day of February, 1986, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed sealcoating improvement of the following streets: 1) Yakima Street N.W. lying in the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, lying South of 179th Lane N.W. 2) Torito Street N.W. lying between 177th Avenue N.W. and 179th Lane N.W. 3) Salish Circle N.W. lying in the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, lying North of 178th ane N.W. 4) 177th Avenue N.W. lying in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2 , Township 32, Range 25, lying West of C.S.A.H. 47 (Roanoke Street N.W.) 5) 178th Lane N.W. lying between Torito Street N.W and C.S.A.H. 47 (Roanoke Street N.W.) 6) 179th Avenue N.W. lying between Yakima Street N.W. and Tonto Street N.W. AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 25th day of March, 1986, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNCY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows : 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted February 25, 1986. 2) That Mr. Peter R. Raatikka is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken Page 1 of 2
