Counc i]member and moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS (486-10 MALL ANDERSON ACRES) WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted the 25th day of February, 1986, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed sealcoating improvement of the following streets: 1) Sodium Street N.W. lying in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, lying South of 160th Lane N.W. 2) Radium Street N.W. lying between 159th Lane N.W. and 160th Lane N.W. 3) Potassium Street N.W. lying between 159th Lane N.W. and Osium Street N.W. 4) Osium Street N.W. lying between 1 59th Lane N.W. and 160th Lane N.W. 5) Lithium Street N.W. lying in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, lying South of 160th Lane 6) 159th Lane N.W. lying in the South Half of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, lying East of Sodium Street N.W. 7) 160th Lane N.W. lying in the South Half of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, lying West of State Highway 447. AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 25th day of March, 1986, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNCY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted February 25, 1986. 2) That Mr. Peter R.
