Counc i 1 memb er <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION {86-__ <br /> <br />RESOLI~TION ORDERING INPROVE~ENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS (186-11 MALLAND ACRES) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council <br />adopted the 25th day of February, 1986, fixed a date for a <br />Council hearing on the proposed sealcoating improvement of the <br />following streets: <br /> <br />1) 154th Lane N.W. lying between Barium Street <br /> .W. and Argon Street N.W. <br /> <br />2) Barium Street N.W. from the North boundary of <br />the Halland Acres plat to the South boundary line <br />of said plat <br /> <br />3) Argon Street N.W. from 154th Lane N.W. to the <br />South boundary line of the plat of Halland Acres <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks <br />published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was <br />held thereon on the 25th day of March, 1986, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard <br />thereon. <br /> <br />NOW TREREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TRE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNCY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows : <br /> <br /> 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed <br />in the Council resolution adopted February 25, 1986. <br /> <br /> 2) That Mr. Peter R. Raatikka is hereby designated as <br />the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of May, 1986. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
