Counc i 1 memb er and moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION {86-__ RESOLI~TION ORDERING INPROVE~ENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS (186-11 MALLAND ACRES) WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted the 25th day of February, 1986, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed sealcoating improvement of the following streets: 1) 154th Lane N.W. lying between Barium Street .W. and Argon Street N.W. 2) Barium Street N.W. from the North boundary of the Halland Acres plat to the South boundary line of said plat 3) Argon Street N.W. from 154th Lane N.W. to the South boundary line of the plat of Halland Acres AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 25th day of March, 1986, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW TREREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TRE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNCY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows : 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted February 25, 1986. 2) That Mr. Peter R. Raatikka is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of May, 1986.
