Mr. Raselberger estimated <br />that his firm would charge frown $5,000 to $10,000 to set ~ a oomplete <br />recydh'~c2 progr~r~ in Ramsey. <br /> <br />Mr. Baselberger stated that landfills are hard to get rid of and re~d <br />that Ramsay work closely with Waste Managament of Minnesota tc~ards a <br />recycling progr~r~.
