IX. COMPLIANCE WI'TH LAW5 AND FUNDING REOUIREMENT$ The Landfill Board, in the execution of its duties hereunder, shall insure that all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations are complied with, including work performed by third parties under contract with the Landfill Board. The Landfill Board shall further insure that all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances and specific grant requirements are complied with in the expenditure and distribution of funds hereunder. This Agreement shall not modify in any manner any statutory authority Anoka County may have ~o regulate or control landfill operations in Anoka _County, or modify any other powers it may have r:elating to landfills. : .............. 7._ ' .... .7'-' X. DISTRIBUTION OF REVENUE The Landfill Board shall receive all revenue from the sale of methane, gas to Waltek, inc. as provided for in the methane gas extraction project. These funds shall be distributed on a quarterly basis to the parties to this Agreement, proportionate to the amount contributed by each party on a loan basis after deducting all administrative and operating expenses herein provided for. After loans from the parties have been paid in full, the funds provided by the State of Minnesota under project shall be repaid to the Community Action Program, inc., after deducting all operating and administrative expenses herein provided for. Thereafter, oil revenues less administrative and operation expenses shall be distribuled to the parties to this agreement proportionate to their initial loan contributions. XI. EARLY TERMINATION Xl[. This Agreement may be terminated early upon agreement of all parties hereto. DISTRIBUTION OF ASSETS ON TERMINATION All assets ocquiFbd-by the-Landfill Board shall be disposed of by the Landfill Board os the Board shall provide, in accordance with applicable law, ordinance, regulation or grant requirement. In the absence of other provision by the Board, assets shall be distributed in shores proportionate to the respective loan contributions of the parties hereof. The parties shall execute any documents necessary to the transfer of title. Surplus monies shall.be ~eturned to the parties in proportion to their loon contribution, after reimbursement to the County. of its $5,000.00 grant. XIII. RENEGOTIATION · - If any paragraph, section, subdivision, sentence, clause or phrase of this Agreement is for any reason held to be contrary to Iow, or contrary to any rule or regulation having the force and effect of law,. the parties shall have the right to terminate or renegotiote this Agreement.
