These revenues have been appropriated to the special assessment bond fund used to finance the construction. 3) Capital project fund overhead transfer to administrative fund approved by budget appropriation and Resolution ~85-134. Current year budget appropriation, 1984. 5) Current year budget appropriation, but only that portion of the appropriation supportable by actual expenditures is permitted to be transferred. AND W~EREAS, all equity and operating transfer for fiscal year 1985 have been authorized by prior Council action. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CI~"f COUNCIL OF THE CITer OF ]IAMSEY, A~OKA COUNT~, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i) That the City Council hereby reaffirms appropriation of transfers for fiscal year 1985. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey Page 2 of 3
