PERTAINS TO CASE #11 <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the follow/nS resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />I~SOLUTION ~86- <br /> <br />R~SOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC H~iI~INC ON <br /> A MODIFICATION TO TIlE DEV~LOPI~NT PROCRAM <br /> FOR D~V~LOPMENTDISTRICT NO. 1 AND TO <br /> TAX INCReMeNT FINANCING PLAN FOR <br /> TAX INCREMILNT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 1 <br /> <br />NOW T~ERI~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TRE CITY OF RAllSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OP NINNBSOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Ramsey City Council shall meet on Nonday, June 30, 1986, at <br />approximately 7~30 p.m., to hold a public hearing on the modification to the <br />Development Program for Development District No. 1 and to the Tax Increment <br />Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 1, all pursuant to and <br />in accordance with llinnesota Statutes, Sections 273.71 to 273.78, inclusive, <br />as emended. <br /> <br /> 2. That the City Administrator is authorized and directed to cause notice <br />of the hearing, to be given as required by law, to place a copy of the modified <br />Development Program and Tax Increment Financing Plan on file in the <br />Administrator's office at the Ramsey ltunicipal Center and to make such copy <br />available for public inspection. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the day of , 1986. <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
