PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> ClT~ OF IL~$~ <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF ltlNNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 22, 1986 <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Ninnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Neitman <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilme~ber Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember Jean $chlueter <br />Councilmember Gary Rei~ann <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Attorney William Goodrich (Arrived 8:15) <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br />Reporter Kathy Cassidy <br /> <br />Hayor Heitman called the regular Council meetin~ to order at 7:38 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN II~POT <br /> <br />Gordon Crandall - Stated he would like to see some improvements made in the <br />maintenance of Trott Brook Cemetery; would like to see it moved for Memorial <br />Day. The citizens should be made aware of what City intends to do about <br />cemeteries. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox replied that there is a Cemetery Committee studying the <br />cemetery issues at the present time. There is a proposal for an additional <br />cemetery on Council's agenda and existing cemeteries will be discussed at the <br />same time. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman stated that the cemetery issue can be addressed in the Ramsey <br />Resident Newsletter. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to approve <br />the agenda and addendum to the agenda with the following addition: <br /> <br /> Case ~25: Consideration Of Gambling License Application; Case Of <br /> Pheasants Forever (Anoka Chapter) <br /> <br />Motion carried.
