Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Request For Conditional Use Permit To Overate Automobile Sales And Repair Business From I-1 Industrial District; Case Of <br /> Mr. Harvey Hoover: <br /> <br />Mrs. Carol Hoover was present. <br /> <br />Notion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adopt <br />Findings of Fact 0135 relating to Mr. llarvey Hoover's request for a conditional <br />use per, it. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mayor Heitman inquired if the Hoover's have reviewed the <br />findings of fact, Mrs. Hoover replied that she has not. <br /> <br />Notion carried. Voting Yes: Nayor Heitman, Councilmeabers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Notion by Councilmeaber Reimann and seconded by Counc£1member Cox to approve <br />Mr. Harvey Hoover's request for a conditional use permit agreement to operate <br />au automobile sales and repair business in the I-1 District, contingent upon <br />Mr. Hoover entering into a conditional use permit agreement with the City. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Couucilnember Cox inquired if )irs. Hoover has reviewed the <br />permit agreement. Mrs. Hoover stated she has been out of town and hasn't had <br />time. Ms. Norris stated that the agreement conditions are the same as they <br />were when P&Z reviewed this case and Mrs. Hoover agreed to those. Nzs. Hoover <br />stated that the permit agreement requires the placement of a "No Parkingn sign <br />and noted that the Highway Department already has such a sign placed in this <br />area. Ms. Norris stated that the Hoover's would not be required to erect an <br />additional sign. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Kayor Heitman, Couucilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
