FLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />PUBLIC REARING <br /> CITY OF RANSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, Hay 6, 1986 at the Ramsey Nunicipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Ninnesota regarding Trott Brook Gospel Hall's request for a conditional <br />use permit to expand the existing church facility. <br /> <br />Nembers Present: Hr. Gerald Zimmerman, Vice Chairman <br /> Nr. Ben Deemer <br /> Nr. Jim Howell <br /> Nr. Terry Hendriksen <br /> Nr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Also Present: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Nembers Absent: Nr. [enneth Peterson, Chairman <br /> Nr. Roy Shumway <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:38 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Richard Keillor - 1642 gdgewood Avenue South - St. Louis Park - Architect for <br />Trott Brook Gospel Hall expansion project - stated that the plan is to add on a <br />meeting hall and lower level social area; the original building is quite old <br />and will be removed; the entire structure will then be brought up to code. <br /> <br /> There was no further citizen input. <br /> <br /> ADJOUltNI~NT <br /> <br /> Notion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to adjourn the <br /> <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Notion carried.
