PUBLIC HEARING <br /> 6.01: Public Hearing to Introduce Ordinance #16-09 Amending the Residential Rental <br /> Licensing Program <br /> Presentation <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation to <br /> adopt the Ordinance amending the Rental Licensing Program noting that details are included in <br /> the Ordinance and Fact Sheet that were included in the Council packet.
