Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #16-10-208 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONVEYANCE OF A SIDEWALK EASEMENT <br /> FROM D.R. HORTON, INC IN THE STATION PLAT. <br /> WHEREAS, approval of the plat known as Station was contingent upon securing of a <br /> sidewalk easement for public sidewalks that encroached on public property; and <br /> WHEREAS,D.R. Horton has submitted the required easement. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the conveyance of a Sidewalk Easement <br /> from D.R. Horton, Inc over a portion of the Station Plat and authorizes the Mayor and City <br /> Administrator to execute the easement. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof- <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> the 25th day of October, 2013. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br />
