ORDINANCE#16-09 <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 26 OF THE CITY CODE,WHICH CHAPTER IS KNOWN AS <br /> LICENSES,PERMITS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS REGULATIONS OF THE CITY CODE <br /> OF RAMSEY,MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 26, ARTICLE XIV (RENTAL RESIDENTIAL <br /> DWELLING UNITS)OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE. <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of Ramsey. <br /> SECTION 2 AMENDMENTS <br /> Chapter 26,Article XIV is amended as follows (deletions indicated as s4ikedifeugh, additions indicated <br /> as underline): <br /> ARTICLE XIV. -RENTAL RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS <br /> DIVISION 1. -GENERALLY <br /> Secs. 26-614-26-644. -Reserved. <br /> DIVISION 2. -LICENSE <br /> Sec. 26-645. -License required. <br /> No person shall operate a Trental dwelling building or unit <br /> eaeh other-bto sr..Frog hall,and mainentf noes and o..:.s without first having obtained a license to do <br /> so from the city.
