vote. The action before the NCDA will be to approve the termination of the joint powers <br /> agreement. This will require a majority vote of the current membership (12 out of 22 <br /> votes.) And we will need to make the final determination that no grant funds have been <br /> received and that our activities or duties have been completed. At the meeting, staff will <br /> present a report summarizing the work of the NCDA over the last 19 years and provide <br /> an outlook for grant funding at this time. <br /> Once again, we thank you for your service.
