CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Strommen called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br /> followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Strommen. <br /> 2. PRESENTATION <br /> 2.01: Oath of Office for Patrol Officer Brandon Elliott <br /> Police Captain Frankfurth introduced new Officer Brandon Elliot who began his career with the <br /> department earlier this summer. He provided some background information on Officer Elliot, <br /> noting that he enjoys outdoor activities in his spare time. <br /> City Attorney Langel administered the Oath of Office to Patrol Officer Brandon Elliott. <br /> Mayor Strommen noted that there are a number of Officers in the room tonight and expressed her <br /> appreciation for the support the department provides to its members. <br /> City Council /October 11, 2016 <br /> Page 2 of 10 <br />
