Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~86-L <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVINC PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERINC <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS (~86-9 Riverwood Bills Unplatted) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Ramsey <br />City Council on May 27, 1986, City Engineer, Mr. Peter R. <br />Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. has prepared plans <br />and specifications for the sealcoating improvement of the <br />following streets: <br /> <br />1) Yakima Street N.W. lying in the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section i, Township 32, Range 25, lying <br />South of 179th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />2) Torito Street N.W. lying between 177th Avenue <br />N.W. and 179th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />3) Salish Circle N.W. lying in the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, lying <br />North of 178th ane N.W. <br /> <br />4) 177th Avenue N.W. lying in the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the Northeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2 , <br />Township 32, Range 25, lying West of C.S.A.H. $7 <br />(Roanoke Street N.W.) <br /> <br />5) 178th Lane N.W. lying between Tonto Street N.W <br />and C.S.A.H. $7 (Roanoke Street N.W.) <br /> <br />6) 179th Avenue N.W. lying between Yakima Street <br />N.W. and Torito Street I~.W. <br /> <br />and has presented such plans and specifications to the Ramsey <br />City Council for approval. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator shall prepare and cause to <br />be inserted in the official paper and in the Construction <br />Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The <br />advertisement shall be published for ten days, shall specify the <br />work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the <br />City Administrator, until 11:00 A.M. on July 8, 1986, at which <br />time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the <br /> <br /> <br />
