CITY OF ~L~ CONDITIORAL USE PERHIT AfiREEHENT This agreement entered into this day of . , 1986, betveen the City of ~amsey, hereinafter referred to as "City," and Nr. Wayne Knudson, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," in conjunction vith the issuance to the Applicant of a conditional use per, nit to operate a cement contracting business fro~ his home at 15401 Armstrong Boulevard I~.W. The conditional use per, it is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant agreeing to and complying vitb the follcn~ing conditions: 1. Adequate off-street parkin~ shall be provided for employee parking to the east of the accessory structure. All vehicles, machinery and equipment for the cement contracting business aha11 be stored inside an accessory structure constructed for such purpose. Exterior displays or signs and exterior indication of the proposed use shall not be permitted except as permitted in Seciton 170.05 of the City Code. The City of Ramsay reserves the right to inspect the premises at any reasonable time if it receives complaints from adjoining property ovners. 5. This conditional use permit agreement shall be recorded as part of the Applicant's deed· 6. This conditional use permit shall apply only to that property legally described as follovs: The North half of the Southvest Quarter of the Northvest Quarter of Section 21, Tovnship 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Hinuesota. 7. Hours of operation shall be betveen the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. for company vehicles. The Applicant understands and agrees that the conditional use permit granted herein is subject to review at any time and shall be reviewed annually by City Staff. Any violation of the conditions described herein or any violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for immediate revocation of this conditional use permit.
