CITY OF HAMSEY <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT A~REEHE~[T <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this day of , 1986, between <br />the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City," and Hr. Jurgen <br />Zurnieden, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," in conjunction with the <br />issuance of a conditional use permit to operate a lawn maintenance and <br />landscaping business from his home at 7721 171st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />This conditional use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />agreeing to and complying with the following conditions. <br /> <br />Exterior displays or signs and exterior indication of the lawn <br />maintenance and landscaping business shall not be permitted except as <br />permitted in Section 170.05 of the City Code. <br /> <br />The City of llamsey reserves the right to inspect the property at any <br />reasonable time if it receives complaints from adjacent property <br />owners. <br /> <br />3. There shall be no exterior storage of the lawn maintenance and <br /> landscaping equipment on the Applicant's property. <br /> <br />This conditional use permit shall apply to that property legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 2, Golden Eagle Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />5. This conditional use permit agreement shall be recorded as part of the <br /> Applicant's deed. <br /> <br />6. The only employees of the lawn maintenance and landscaping business <br /> shall be members of the Applicant's family. <br /> <br />SUMMARY <br /> <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the conditional use permit granted <br />herein is subject to review at any reasonable time and shall be reviewed <br />annually by City staff. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any violations of other <br />City ordinances may be cause for immediate revocation of this conditional use <br />permit · <br /> <br /> <br />
