Councilmember <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTIO~ ~86- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF REPORT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED bY TRE CITY COUNCIL OF RANSEY, HIBNESOTA: <br /> <br /> 1) A certain petition requesting the correctio.n of a <br />water problem on property at 5940 - 159th Lane N.~. (Lotb Block <br />5, l~a11 Anderson Acres is hereby declared to be signed by the <br />required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This <br />declaration is made in confority to Chapter 210.01 of the Ramsey <br />City Code and the Hinnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br /> 2) That the petition is hereby referred to Hr. Peter <br />R. Raatikka of Rakanson Anderson Associates and he is instructed <br />to report to the Ramsey City Council with all convenient speed <br />advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the <br />proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best <br />be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement~ <br />and the estimated cost of the improvement as recom~ended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being <br />takien thereon~ following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of June, 1986 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />liayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
