Councilmember <br /> <br />~oved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br /> CITY OF ~'~ <br /> ANOXA COUNTY ~ <br /> <br /> WREEEA$, the developers of the Flintvood !~ills Planned Unit Development <br />have applied for final plat approval of the next phase, £11ntwood ~ills 3rd <br />Addition, of the Flintvood Hill~ 2nd Addition Planned Unit Development <br />(P.U.D.), which plat is proposed to be located on the following described <br />property: <br /> <br />Outlots B,C, D, E, F, C, 14, I, and X of the duly recorded plat of <br />Flintwood itills, Auoka County, Ninuesots. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />bPtEREA~, said application is pursuant to City Code Chapter 170.014G; and <br /> <br /> WHERE,, the City Council approved the development plan for the P.U.D. on <br />Nay 24, 198/+; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 1, 1986, the £amsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />reviewed the plat of Flintvood Hills 3rd Addition for its consistency with the <br />original P.U.D. development plan and found it to be in substantial compliance <br />with that plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEEEA~, the City has regulations providing for the installation of public <br />utilities in the Urban Area where the plat is located; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the entire P.U.D. and plat of Flintwood Hills 3rd Addition are <br />subject to restrictive covenants and conditions in order to maintain the <br />appearance of this residential development. <br /> <br />NO~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O~ ~HE CITY OF EANA~E¥, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF HINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That final plat approval of Flintwood Hills 3rd Addition is hereby <br />granted subject to the Applicant and City entering into a comprehensive <br />development agreement which shall incorporate all City Code requirements and <br />City policies relating to a development of this nature. This agreement shall <br />include but not be limited to the following: <br /> <br />Total compliance with the City's municipal utility construction, <br />financing and operation policies and regulations; <br /> <br />b. Total compliance with the City's improvements construction and <br /> financing policies and regulations; <br /> <br />c. Verification that the restrictive covenants will be effective and <br /> binding; and <br /> <br /> <br />
