Work on this project could begin as <br /> soon as November 25. This project is expected for completion by May 01, 2017. <br /> During demolition, the contractor will be allowed to work on site from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday <br /> through Friday. If you have any questions/concerns RE this project, or if you see the contractor is <br /> working outside of the designated work hours, please contact the City's Community Development <br /> Department at 763-433-9824 or planning@citvoframsey.com. For afterhours service, please contact the <br /> Anoka County Dispatch, 763-427-1212. <br /> Moving forward, upon completion of this demolition project, the City intends to market and sell the <br /> remaining portion of the former municipal center site to a residential developer.
